PERFORMANCE TRAINING X LA SQUADRA SELECT
WHAT IS THE PERFORMANCE TRAINING?
La Squadra Performance Training is a premier soccer program that will find and create skilled players throughout our network which includes cities such as Las Vegas, Miami, and Salt Lake city. Our players will not only be challenged and trained in their hometowns, but they will be given opportunities to be a part of international travel, select teams, clinics, and all star events. Our performance training cultivates a community of high level players and coaches while giving players the best opportunities for international travel, exposure to scouts, and more.
As part of our Performance Training program, players have the chance to be selected for La Squadra Select — an elite team representing the very best talent from our network. La Squadra Select will travel to Italy to compete in prestigious international tournaments, giving players the opportunity to test themselves against professional clubs, gain exposure to scouts, and experience firsthand the passion and culture of Italian soccer.
THE FORMAT
Scrimmage Opportunities
Regular scrimmages are organized to give players the chance to apply their skills in real-game situations, develop tactical awareness, and gain match experience in a competitive environment.
Registration & Scheduling
Players register through our platform Fitune to book lessons with local coaches and other players. Training sessions are offered in both private and group formats, with group sessions capped at 10 players to ensure personalized attention.
Monthly Clinics
In addition to regular training, we host a monthly clinic open to up to 50 players. These 2-hour events focus on high-intensity games and competitions, and also serve as a platform for our coaching staff to evaluate and select additional players for the La Squadra Select Team.
Evaluation Process
During training, our coaches carefully evaluate each player’s technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall development. Based on performance, players may be invited to join the La Squadra Select Team.
Monthly Select Team Sessions
Once selected, players take part in dedicated group sessions held once a week each month. These sessions bring together top talent from our network, creating a high-performance environment that prepares players for international tournaments and showcases.
